RDIF and Saudi companies considering investments in number of Russian petrochemical projects, including with Gazprom - Dmitriev

DAVOS. Jan 21 (Interfax) - The Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF), along with leading Saudi companies including Saudi Aramco and Sabic, is considering investments in a number of petrochemical projects in Russia, including in partnership with Gazprom, RDIF chief Kirill Dmitriev told reporters on the sidelines of the World Economic Forum in Davos.

"Today we will conduct a meeting with the Saudi energy minister, with leading companies - Aramco, Sabic, and we are indeed looking at a number of large-scale petrochemical projects in Russia, including in partnership with Gazprom," Dmitriev said, without specifying which particular projects were meant.
