RDIF, partners get minor stake in telemedicine platform Doctis.ru
MOSCOW, Mar 30 (PRIME) -- A consortium of the Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF), the Russia-Japan Investment Fund (RJIF) and Middle Eastern funds has acquired a minority stake in all-encompassing telemedicine platform Doctis.ru, RDIF said on Friday in a statement.
“Investment in Doctis.ru is another step to the expansion of the portfolio of RDIF’s technological projects, which we earlier mentioned. Platform Doctis.ru will provide us with an excellent opportunity to unite the best medical practices and expertise with advanced information and communications technologies,” RDIF CEO Kirill Dmitriev said.
The precise amount of investments or the size of the stake was not disclosed.
Doctis.ru develops a versatile telemedical platform on the basis of predictive medical technologies and artificial intelligence. The firm hopes to have more than 10 million users.
