RDIF, JBIC invested over $100 mln into four projects
The Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF) and the Japan Bank for International Cooperation (JBIC) invested over $100 mln into four projects, Chief Executive Officer of the Russian sovereign fund Kirill Dmitriev said on Friday.
"Our joint investments are over $100 mln," Dmitriev said.
The RDIF and the JBIC set up the joint fund in 2017 and the first project was the decision to invest into the Russian pharmaceutical company R-Pharm.
The R-Pharm deal is expected to be completed in a fortnight, Dmitriev noted.
"We expect in respect of R-Pharm that the deal will be closed in coming two weeks. All the parameters were negotiated and a purely technical completion procedure is underway," he said.
