RDIF, Enel sign agreement on electric car sharing
GORKI. Oct 16 (Interfax) - Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF) and Enel S.p.A. have signed a memorandum of understanding on an electric car sharing project.
The memorandum was signed on Monday at a meeting of the Foreign Investment Advisory Council (FIAC) in the presence of Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev.
The document was signed by RDIF chief Kirill Dmitriev and Enel CEO and General Manager Francesco Starace.
"We have today announced an agreement with Enel on electric car rental. This agreement will enable Muscovites to rent electric cars for literally a few hours," Dmitriev told journalists following the FIAC meeting.
