Russia’s RCIF, Tus-Holdings to set up $100 mln venture fund
ST. PETERSBURG, Nov 7 (PRIME) -- The Russia-China Investment Fund (RCIF) and Chinese company Tus-Holdings have signed an agreement to establish a venture fund with the capital of U.S. $100 million on Monday.
The RCIF and Tus-Holdings will act as the anchor investors of the fund, while other institutional investors from Russia and China are expected to participate as well. The amount of the fund can be increased.
The fund will focus on attractive investment opportunities among Russian high-technology companies and startups, with a potential of their later development on the Chinese market.
