CEO: Russia's RDIF signs memorandums with 5 BRICS funds
UFA, Jul 8 (PRIME) - The Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF) has signed memorandums of understanding with five investment funds of BRICS countries, CEO Kirill Dmitriev said at a meeting of the BRICS Business Council on Wednesday.
The RDIF is discussing hydropower development in India, infrastructural projects to establish the Silk Road connection in Russia and resource development in South Africa with the funds, he said.
The joint initiatives will be supported by the new BRICS bank, he said.
"Today there is a topic of BRICS, we have signed a memorandum with five funds of BRICS countries," Dmitriev said.
