Russia's BasEl, RDIF and Changi Airports buy Vladivostok airport
Nov 25 (Reuters) - Vladivostok International Airport:
A consortium of investors, including Russia's Basic Element (BasEl), Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF) and Singapore's Changi Airports International (CAI), has acquired 100 percent of shares in CJSC Vladivostok Terminal and 52.16 percent of shares in JSC Vladivostok International Airport from Sheremetyevo International Airport, BasEl said in a statement;
Each investor owns 33.3 percent of shares in Vladivostok International Airport;
BasEl disclosed no financial details of the deal.
