Before joining our team, Roman Karpenko spent more than five years working as an adviser to Head of the Federal Service for Surveillance in Healthcare (Roszdravnadzor), where he was responsible for interacting with government authorities and companies working in the pharmaceutical and medical industry, as well as international agencies including the European Union and divisions of the World Customs Organization. He also discussed quality issues of the medical products with international partners.
Between 2009 to 2015 Roman, together with the Sochi 2014 Organizing Committee members, was engaged in preparing for major international sports events. His responsibilities included monitoring the progress of sports infrastructure construction projects and interacting with event organizing committees, state authorities, International and national Olympic committees. Roman holds a Master's degree in Law from the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration (RANEPA).
