Prior to joining RDIF, Ekaterina worked in the Eurasian Economic Commission (2012-2016), most notably being responsible for integration and macroeconomics issues. She has over nine years of experience of civil service experience in Russian federal government and international organizations.
Before this, Ekaterina worked in the International Cooperation Department of the Executive Office of the Government of Russian Federation (2008-2012).
Ekaterina graduated from Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO) with BA degree in International Relations. She also holds a degree in Global Economics from Diplomatic Academy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and a Ph.D. in Economics.
Ekaterina’s exceptional service was recognized with Russian government awards and a certificate of merit.
