Prior to becoming CEO of RDIF in 2011, Kirill Dmitriev headed a number of large private equity funds and completed a series of landmark transactions. In 2011 he was the only Russian representative in the list of ‘100 most influential private equity professionals of the decade’ (Private Equity International). He holds a BA in Economics with Honors and Distinction from Stanford University and an MBA with High Distinction (Baker Scholar) from the Harvard Business School.

Prior to joining RDIF, Anatoly was head of the department of development and acquisition of assets at Gazprom Neft. He graduated from the Higher School of Economics (Russia) and the London School of Economics.
First Deputy CEO
Prior to joining RDIF, Tagir worked as managing director at A1 (Alfa Group’s private equity arm). He has more than 10 years of private equity experience. Tagir participated in a number of landmark PE transactions. He graduated from the Plekhanov Russian University of Economics (Russia) and the University of Chicago Booth School of Business (Executive MBA).
Deputy CEO, Chief Risk Officer
Prior to joining RDIF, Kishan was managing director, international private equity at GE Asset Management. He has over 20 years of investing and financial services experience globally. Kishan graduated with honors from the University of Delhi, India. He is a CFA charterholder and also holds certifications as a chartered accountant and a company secretary from India.
Prior to joining RDIF, Konstantin was managing director and advisor to the president of International Investment Bank (IIB). He has more than 16 years of investment and merchant banking experience in Russia, USA, UK, Mongolia, Vietnam and Eastern Europe. Konstantin graduated from Davidson College (USA).
Prior to joining RDIF, Alexey worked in VTB Capital Private Equity since its inception, focusing on the consumer, retail and real estate sectors. Alexey graduated from St. Petersburg State University with a Degree in Economics.
Special Investment Situations Director
Ilya joined RDIF after 15 years in investment and corporate finance. During his career Ilya has worked for Baring Vostok, Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan, McKinsey and Ernst & Young. Ilya holds a Master of Science Degree in Mathematical Finance from University of Southern California and Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics from Moscow State University.
Prior to joining RDIF, Vladimir worked as an Executive Director of Private Equity and Special Situations Group of VTB Capital for five years. He has more than 17 years of experience in investments, finance and management. Vladimir holds an MBA degree from INSEAD Business School, is an ACCA affiliate and is FCA qualified (UK).
Prior to joining RDIF, Konstantin worked in strategy consulting in Russia, EU and the Middle East for the last 15 years. In 2013-2015, Konstantin acted as a Managing Partner in Roland Berger Strategy Consultants CIS. Konstantin advised a number of major Russian and international clients in private and public sectors on a variety of strategic development, operational improvement and M&A projects.

Prior to joining RDIF, Stanislav was a chief strategist and managing director at Xenon Capital Partners. He has more than 18 years of investment banking and private equity experience in Europe and Russia. Stanislav graduated from the New Economic School (Russia) and the Moscow State Bauman Technical University (specialised in economics and computer science).

Prior to join RDIF and RCIF Oleg was a senior investment professional at international private equity firms Littlejohn & Co and Pier Six Capital. He has over 12 years of private equity and investment banking experience in the U.S., Europe and Asia.
First Deputy CEO, Director for Operations
Prior to joining RDIF Yuliya was a Member of the Board and Deputy Chairman of Vnesheconombank, responsible for Monetary and Financial Operations, as well as relations with domestic and international financial institutions. She has 25 years of experience working with foreign investors and banks. Yuliya graduated from the Plekhanov Institute of National Economy and the Finance Academy of the Government of the Russian Federation.

Prior to joining RDIF, Ekaterina was CFO at Alfa Capital Partners, responsible for accounting, tax and finance functions and supporting the funds’ investment teams. Ekaterina also served as a staff accountant and an auditor for three international audit firms including KPMG. She graduated from the Moscow State University (faculty of economics).

Prior to joining RDIF, Tatiana worked in investment banking, and gained more than 10 years’ experience in compliance. Tatiana graduated from Lomonosov Moscow State University with a Degree in Economics and Law. She specialized in Economics and Finance as well as Civil Law.

Director of External Communications
Prior to joining RDIF, Maria worked at leading financial PR agencies in London and Moscow, focused on international profile building and has more than 8 years experience as a producer at CNN and Associated Press TV. Maria is a recipient of the Emmy Award for her part in CNN’s reporting from Afghanistan and the DuPont-Columbia University Award for her work in the news coverage of the 2004 Asian Tsunami. She graduated from the Academy of Labor and Social Relations (Russia).
Director of HR Department
Prior to joining RDIF, Alexei worked in VEB as Head of HR in its Prominvestbank Ukrainian subsidiary where he focused on HR, organizational development, educational projects and infrastructure. Alexei graduated from Moscow State Institute of Foreign Languages.
Director of International Department
Prior to joining RDIF in 2012 Victor has been working for several years at Vnesheconombank (Russia’s State Development Bank) and also at VEB Capital LLC - Vnesheconombank's subsidiary being in charge of projects in Ukraine. Victor graduated from the State Institute of International Relations in Moscow specializing in Arab studies.
Director, Corporate Marketing Department
Before joining RDIF in the end of 2012, Ekaterina Kvasova worked as the director for Russia & CIS at Edelman, the largest global communications consultancy. Ekaterina has an MSc in Economic Development from the London School of Economics and Political Science, an MA in Political Communications from City University London, and a BA in International Journalism from Moscow State University of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MGIMO).
Director, Center for Investment Promotion in Russian Regions
Prior to joining RDIF, Natalia was a deputy chairman of the management board of National Direct Investment Agency. Natalia graduated from State University of Management.
Director of Media Relations Department
Prior to joining RDIF in 2013, Maria worked in Communications and Journalism at a number of leading Russian companies, specializing in the Industrial, Mining and Metallurgical sectors. Maria has 10 years of experience in media relations and communications in Russia as well as abroad. She graduated from Moscow State University with an Honors Degree in History.
Prior to RDIF, Sean was a director at Darby Private Equity, a subsidiary of Franklin Templeton, managing investment funds focused on Eastern Europe. He graduated from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania (MBA) and from Stanford University (BA in Economics).
